“Oh no, this again”

Have you ever said to yourself: why me, why is this happening again? If so, you have recognised a recurring pattern. It might be feeling trapped with no options, the same disagreement again, or the same problem in your finances, career, business or relationships.

Because it is a pattern, something you are doing is allowing it to happen again and again. That awareness is powerful.

Questions to ask

  • What am I doing that is allowing this?
  • As the highest, wisest version of myself, what can I put into action to update this pattern?
  • What new, healthy pattern would serve me better?
  • What am I holding myself back from?

Ask better questions and you get better answers.
